Lower Face Rejuvenation with Dermal Filler & Wrinkle Relaxers

This patient presented with visible lower face aging, including deep nasolabial folds, volume loss through the mid and lower face, and downward pull around the corners of the mouth.

Our treatment plan focused on restoring support and softening expression-related tension while maintaining natural facial movement. Dermal filler was strategically placed throughout the mid and lower face to restore lost volume, improve contour, and soften deeper folds around the mouth. Wrinkle relaxers were used in the DAO muscles and upper lip area to reduce downward pull and soften fine lines, helping to create a more relaxed and refreshed appearance.

By combining dermal filler with wrinkle relaxers, we were able to improve lower face balance, soften facial folds, and create a smoother, more lifted appearance while preserving natural expression.
