We understand that life happens. To respect our providers' time and allow other patients to schedule, we ask that you give us adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Window

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
